Snow melt going down the drain.
Climbed this hill, to see this view.
I think I get about 3 headaches a year, I went to bed with one last night, and I woke up with one this morning. Feeling low power, caught me a cold, I did, which rarely happens too. So instead of jumping on the bike and riding all day, I thought I should take it easy and get some chores done. (I can't sit still) I hauled a load of stuff to the dump, cleaned out the garage, worked on my son's brakes. Shopped at Sam's, and Wall mart. Then I hopped on a bike. My road bike. It must have been all that "mule work" all winter, plowing through snow, with a 40 lb fat tired bike, made this ride seem like a rocket. Felt great. Bike was tight and right, felt so snappy and responsive, rode only 25 miles but was so good for the soul. So exhilarating. I can't wait to bang out some serious mileage on the roads again.
Not sure of what tomorrow will bring, hope I wake up feeling better. Weather man is talking icy rain. My road bike won't have a chance with that. It'll slide out a patch of ice about the size of a postage stamp. So I might be back to the fat studly thing tomorrow. Either way it'll be good just be on a bike.
Well thanks for stopping in, keep the rubber side down, and be safe.
Dave

Sounds like you caught the same headcold I have. Kind of a bummer day for me since I almost went through a whole box of Kleenex!
I gotta be close to death to be off the bike too!
