Man Talk (GULP!!!!)

Well still working 10 + hours a day, 7 days a week installing a new distributive control system. Hopefully done this week, and I can get back to some serious and continuous and many multiple hundreds of miles of bike riding.
OK now for some man talk. My doctor has some concern about my rising PSA levels. Enough concern that he wants to take some prostate sampling March 16th to check for cancer cells. So at the risk of naivete there is nothing wrong. However I will be glad to state that after the fact.
Oh and my ugly almost hairless dog had twins.

Ecstasy

Winter riding has been a blast. But season is changing. Ice will turn to mud, and mud to dirt. I look forward to longer rides, faster pace, and longer daylight. Also, bar-b-ques, deck camp fires, and flowers. Sorry winter but it's time for you to go and get your ass out of town. Watch the video "Girl on bike." with music on.

The boys relaxing in the Jacuzzi at the local YMCA

Just needed to relax after work, a swim at the local Y and BS'n with the boys in the jacuzzi would be a good thing. You know the alpha male thing. I hope these insane hours at work come to an end in about a week, and I start after my 2009 coffee cups.

Focus, focus, focus

It now has been four weeks, that I haven't had a day off work. Trying to maintain focus and accuracy. I hope I can start up the new control system by next weekend. A new DCS, (distributive control system) that will run a boiler/turbine/generator. Over 3000 connections, 100 miles of wiring, four computer systems, hundreds of hours of programing, loop checking, many players and engineers.
But what I want to do is ride hundreds of hours, and miles on my bicycle. Not riding for 4 weeks will have to build back up for a couple of weeks. Let's get er done.

Round and Round I go!!!!!

Good Grief!!!!! It has been 3 weeks in a row of work, 10 hour days. With about 3 more weeks to go. I am installing a DCS control system with 4 electricians and 3 technicians. I enjoy the challenge, the money is great,,,,HOWEVER,, I need to be on a bike. When this is done, I am going to ride, ride ride. That is the best life, hauling ass on a bicycle, on a trail, on a county road, anywhere.
