In search of some endorphins, I found some, they were in the cellar, spinning away. Did the indoor thing. Want to get outdoors this weekend and bang away.
I busted out a 90 minute ride last night. The first 15 minutes are always so boring, then the sweat starts to flow and it's "go time!" I have purchased several compilation CDs from Goodwill and/or Salivating Army, circa 1900-1995, and there is so much music I have never heard before! One is called Largo, and is a mashup of people like Cyndi Lauper, Taj Mahal, The Chieftains, and Joan Osborne among others. Good times for going nowhere at all, except in your headspace! Keep on Rockin'!
Good job, 90 minutes indoors is like a century on gravel. Oh Yes, I use wide varieties of music too ,to spin or country riding. I hope I can get out doors this weekend. Peace and happy rides. Dave
Thirty minutes is my max on the trainer. As a Texan I don't understand what in the world that bike is doing out there in that snow? Enjoyed your Short Story on your home page, lot of truth in that!
Hi MrBill, what got me biking with snow was two years ago is snowed Dec 2nd and the snow and ice never left the streets until March. Sooooo, I started to build my snow bike(s) and clothing. Gets me out, indoor spinning I can only try to hold on to good biking shape. Thanks for stopping Dave
