Yeap, my legs were empty anyways. I knew it was coming, I didn't expect to get on the bike yesterday, but the energy felt right and hill climbing produced the challenges. So with all the heat and all the riding my legs just ran out of gas.

Now here lies the biking problem for the next two days. Tomorrow I am getting one of those post put in my lower jaw a minor procedure but I am off work and sorta of like a sick day, and can not be out riding a bicycling even if I did feel good enough. Would not be right. That holds true for Thursday also.

Friday doesn't matter regarding bicycling, dad is having bladder cancer removed, I'll stay at home with mom until whenever. So we will just sit and talk and such, and see what the needs are.
Take care,
and thanks for stopping
Dave

Best of luck with your operation, but even moreso for your dad. Not a day goes by when I dont wish I could talk to/hug/see my parents again.

Now that's a good looking bunch. Hope everyone does fine at the Docs.
Your body is gonna love you for the time off, althought your brain isn't.
