Rode for an hour after work today. 4 good hill climbs. Funny how a high energy hard ride gives such a good "buzz" some hours later. I guess one of the reasons us endorphin junkies do what we do. Had great energy to ride full blast. Must be vicarious energy absorption obtained from watching "the tour" Catch great coverage of the Tour De France on Versus.
