This is a field I cut across and then jump on the bridge in the background. 
Was a good ride, Century #10 for the year on dirt/gravel. Had lots of energy to push the pace, maybe because I had the two previous days off from riding. Heart rate monitor stayed 80% plus.
I got behind this grader. He was going about 11 mph. I passed him and waved. I got the dirtiest look. I think he thought I didn't belong out there or something. 
The tall grass only reminded me I have yard work undone. 
I don't know if this is a horse skull or what. Maybe a tyrannosaurus. It was just there on the side of the trail
