Today's agenda will include eating and .................................................

and more eating....................................................

Oh look here comes the chief maid, the dishwasher, cook, floor sleeper and my honey :-) She's multitasking cleaning the floor and talking on the phone all at the same time.

Seems I'm starving today, often happens riding that long in the cold weather yesterday. After eating, and eating some more I worked on bikes some, thinking I should go lift weights a bit and give the legs a break. I miss the longer daylight hours. It's nice when you can come home from work and have enough daylight to ride 50 miles. Now I need to burn a vacation day to ride. I have one more day off I need to take off for the year, I'm hoping Wednesday, and get out and bicycle in the country.
Peace
Dave

Re-fueling is good for the body & soul. Your food pics look great.
How nice to post your sweetie. Does she ride too?
Oh good, now I don't feel so bad for eating, eating, and eating today.
No, Birgit, doesn't ride. She did ride with me once 3 and a half years ago. There was a long gentle hill about 2 miles. She was determined to make it to the top without stopping. At about 90% up the hill her legs just quit, stopped, would no longer move. She fell over right there in the curb, and has never been on a bike since. No kidding. :-)
I'll take some of that ham and eggs - with lots of pepper - as pictured.
My wife did some recreational road riding, before the kids arrived, ah...10 years ago.
Mountain biking was never her thing, though she went a few times. Once at a mountain bike race (me racing - her using bike to get around), she bailed nicely on a rocky downhill. Some bleeding wounds and a swollen, jammed thumb that required x-rays.
Gee honey, isn't mountain biking fun?....
Im always soooooo hungry the day after riding
