Here is my brother Albert. Saw him and his girl friend Susie at a Christmas gathering today. They met on Ragbrai 2007. Al made fun of my Blog so now I have him posted for all to see. :-)~
Oh lifted and rode the rollers for 40 minutes hard today. Spent the rest of the day eating, drinking beer, and burping.
